How do you Manage your life with Migraine? There are many challenges to coping with a disease that affects us in every part of our lives, and can put us out of action at any time.

Free my Brain is pleased to announce the Managing Life with Migraine Teleconferences, a series of free Sunday afternoon talks with Migraine advocates, doctors, experts, coaches, and therapists, on the many aspects of managing our lives, and living as well as we can, with this neurological disease.

• From working with your doctor and being an advocate for yourself, to communicating with the people in your life
• From what you need in your Migraine toolkit to the history of Migraine medicine
• From the state of the medical art to the practice of relaxation and use of complementary therapies

We’ll be covering every angle, and you can ask the experts questions.

Join us on the last Sunday of each month, at 4-5 PM Eastern, 1-2 PM Pacific.
The teleconference is free, but space on the line is limited, so register to be on the call.
